Gabu is a true MVP in this episode (together with Belaf and Nanachi, of course). But man! Being immortal means more suffering for Faputa and I felt really sorry for her.

The scene where villagers fed Faputa their bodies was very well done. It's like they finally atone for their sin and help Faputa find her purpose in life. This is what I interpret but I believe even Irumyuui doesn't want Faputa to avenge the villager and wants her to live her own life. Belaf was the one who carried that message and finally, it reached her.

It was really heartbreaking seeing Faputa contemplating on her actions so far and about the actions to take from now on after seeing through the memory lane

Yeah, they're definitely gonna need her strength when they go deeper into the Abyss. Not to mention I think she might be nerfed a little without any more villagers to consume or her siblings to help super-heal her serious injuries.

Bruh, the show just went full on extreme National Geographic mode. The creature of the abyss doesn't care about your revenge, they are indifferent to everything you hold of value. All they want to do is to eat and procreate.

Even with how powerful she is, the fking WILDLIFE is still a threat to her.
If there's a better way to demonstrate the dangers of the Abyss, I'll eat my hat.
